The Turret is a large Victorian house, built in 1890 by Jones Builders of Lynton. It was their very next job after the construction of the Cliff Railway. Conveniently situated in the centre of Lynton, the Turret provides guests with excellent bed and breakfast accommodation within easy reach of all the attractions and facilities that Lynton and Lynmouth have to offer.

Our rooms are large, light airy, and decorated to suit the period of the house. We have residents' lounge where you can relax in comfort and an elegant dining room where our delicious breakfasts are served. Guests can choose either a continental or a full English breakfast, and you can also try some of Nancy's locally famous home made jams.

Our spacious bedrooms are sumptuously decorated, and have comfortable beds, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, clocks, and hairdryers. Complementary Wi-Fi included. All bedrooms are en suite, with toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have views out over Lynton to the surrounding hills. There is a garden to the front of the house, where guests can sit and enjoy the sun.

The Turret is a no smoking guesthouse, and we regret we cannot accept pets, or children under 14. We are open all year for bed and breakfast.

If you are thinking about a holiday in North Devon or Exmoor, come and stay with us at the Turret and discover the delights of Lynton and Lynmouth. We look forward to welcoming you.
